Comfortable bed, nice sitting area outside the room near the playground, room was clean and spacious, was about a 15 min walk to the zocalo.

Clean, somewhat quiet, no frills hotel. Worker didnt know anything about grutas, so dont expect help. Excellent place to stay that is a short 4-5 minute walk from where the bus will drop/pick you up in Ixmiquilpan. From the hotel, you must walk about 15-20 minutes to the downtown local bus station near San Antonio. The first bus to the grutas is at 9:30a, last bus back is 5:30p. The ride is 70 pesos and around 1hr 15 mins. There are expensive lockers at the grutas.

Great budget stay on the way to Grutas Tolantongo. Room was cold (we stayed in January) but staff were happy to provide extra blankets. Place was clean.

It is a very large and comfortable and clean room for the price. The reception man has good English and very kind. It is too close from the bus terminal. I recommend this hotel.

We had to overnight close to Tolantogo, not many budget options nearby. We had free parking inside the building complex. The little garden in front of the rooms is nice, we got a backyard room away from the noisy main road, so could have sleep. Luckily there was hot water (after several minutes) for shower because the whole room was freezing cold. Generally we were not very happy with our stay.

Great location!! 5 mn walk from bus terminal and 10 to 15 mn walk from morelo's Market and little plaza with all stores, ATM, restaurants and everything you need. Crossing the street you can find a restaurant for breakfast. The staff was great gave us extra toilet paper, blankets and pillows. TV, hot water, fan and little desk with 2 chairs. Good price!

I liked many things about this stay, the location, close to town and the bus station. It was value for money for sure, large bed, private bathroom, and cleaning. It was an easy base to move to Tolantongo, but we also enjoyed wondering the charming little town.
